Our treats are thoughtfully prepared in small batches with a focus on quality, freshness and simple ingredients.
Do your treats contain preservatives?
Our treats are made without added artificial preservatives. Because of this, proper storage is important. Please follow the storage instructions provided on each product page and package.
Where are your treats made?
Our pet treats are prepared in a commercial kitchen in British Columbia.
Are your treats suitable for both dogs and cats?
Some of our treats are created for both dogs and cats, while others are designed specifically for dogs. Look for the suitability information on each product page before purchasing.
How should I store the treats?
For best quality, we recommend enjoying our treats within 2–3 weeks. Once opened, keep the package tightly sealed and store it in a cool, dry place. Refrigeration after opening is recommended to help maintain freshness for longer.

Why do you make treats in small batches?
We believe the little things matter. Making our treats in small batches allows us to focus on freshness, quality and care rather than producing large quantities that may sit in inventory for extended periods.
When will my order be made?
We prepare our treats on scheduled production dates throughout the month. Order cutoff and fulfillment information will be provided on our website so you'll know when to expect your order.
Shipping
Do you ship orders?
Yes. Online orders are shipped directly to you. Available shipping options, rates and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
Do you offer local pickup?
At this time, we do not offer local pickup for online orders. You can also find Full Circle Delight at selected local markets and events throughout the year.
Subscriptions
Can I subscribe to my pet's favorite treats?
Selected treats will be available for subscription, making it easier to keep your pet's favorites on hand without having to place a new order each time.
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Yes. Subscription management options will be available to customers. Full details will be provided when you subscribe.

Are your enrichment toys and accessories handmade?
Yes. Our enrichment toys and accessories are handmade with care and thoughtfully designed to bring more play, exploration and joy into everyday life with your pet.
Should pets be supervised while using enrichment toys?
Yes. Our enrichment toys are intended for supervised use. Please regularly inspect toys for signs of wear or damage and discontinue use if they become damage
